**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer

As a skilled software engineer, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our news platform. You will collaborate with editorial staff to design and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline news delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Framework
  • Develop RESTful web services and optimize code for performance improvement and responsiveness
  • Implement effective tracing of technical flows and monitoring application performance to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical needs, develop solutions, and implement features that enhance the MI News platform and improve user experience

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent, or a Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA)
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in software development and application support
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, with experience in the Spring framework (including Spring MVC and Spring Boot)
  • Proficient in designing and developing RESTful web services, with a focus on optimizing code for performance improvement and responsiveness
  • Experience in implementing effective tracing of technical flows and monitoring application performance to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
