Key responsibilities for this Senior Programme Lead include leading and managing independent projects across various operational risk management areas.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global frameworks, methodologies, and standards on process risk and controls, associated compliance requirements, and financial services industry, businesses, regulators, and their roles.

Responsibilities also include preparing detailed project plans, reviewing and validating existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify changes to the risk profile, meet business needs and regulatory expectations, demonstrate independence in stakeholder engagement, testing design and execution, results interpretation and presentation, and produce documentation strong enough to evidence a sound challenge to both internal and external parties.

Key skills required for this role include excellent MS-Excel, Word, and PPT skills, proactive engagement with client's process owners and risk department, regular updates on project execution and quality reviews, identifying and emphasizing findings that warrant discussions with Risk Management Committees, and demonstrating value provided to the client by way of developing and presenting risk dashboards and risk analytics on key items.
