Job Title: Postgraduate Medical Trainee

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Treat Medical Conditions: You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions under the guidance of senior doctors. This will involve taking patient histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Patient Rounds and Case Presentations: You will participate in daily patient rounds and case presentations to discuss patient care plans and treatment options with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Patient Records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to communicate patient status and care instructions empathetically to patients and their families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • MBBS or Equivalent Degree: A medical degree from a recognized institution is required. Post-graduation experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of Patient Care Standards: Strong knowledge of patient care standards and clinical protocols is necessary to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment is essential for success in this role.
