We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Rakhere Technologies LLC. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional talent for business success, and we are looking for a candidate who can help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for using various search engines to research information on companies across different sectors and industries. They will record these details in our system, use the internet extensively to retrieve information, and validate the information using various validation techniques. Additionally, they will gather data using various websites like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

The ideal candidate will have at least 45 years of experience as a Research Analyst, preferably in a staffing and recruiting firm. They must be internet and computer savvy, have a good understanding of MS Office (Excel), and knowledge of using internet search engines. They should also be able to find information on the internet based on the research parameters and be a team player with good communication skills.

We are looking for a self-starter who is committed to timely project deliveries and has good USA geographical knowledge. The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use various search engines to research information on companies across different sectors and industries.
  • Record these details in our system.
  • Use the internet extensively to retrieve information.
  • Validate the information using various validation techniques.
  • Gather data using various websites like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

Requirements:

  • At least 45 years of experience as a Research Analyst, preferably in a staffing and recruiting firm.
  • Internet and computer savvy.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite work only.
  • 7PM - 4AM IST (Night Shift, Monday to Friday).
