**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Manager

**Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • The successful candidate will manage AP staff, enforce financial controls, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities:

  • The Accounts Payable Manager will supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • They will be responsible for managing, training, and supporting accounts payable staff.
  • The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
  • The position involves developing and implementing AP processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • The Accounts Payable Manager must monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • They will also assist with audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • The manager will generate AP reports and support financial planning and analysis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
