Collaboration Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Collaboration Systems Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for automating business processes, participating in the technical design of collaboration platforms, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

  • 5+yrs technology support experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
