Job Overview

As a key member of the data management team, you will be responsible for providing clinical lab data expertise to support the development and maintenance of Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks.

  • Collaborate with the LDM team to design, develop, and implement efficient data management solutions that meet the needs of external clients.
  • Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with the LDM team, serving as a back-up contact when needed.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive clinical lab data expertise to support the development and maintenance of LDM tasks.
  • Creating and reviewing all appropriate data management documents.
  • Developing and maintaining good communications and working relationships with the LDM team.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff in DM expertise.
  • Ensuring service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements.

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
