We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Medical Career Mentorship expert, you will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leads in the medical career space.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote medical career awareness programs through seminars, workshops, brochures, flyers, standees, and banners.
  • Organize events at NEET coaching institutes, academic institutions, and career fairs to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, associations, and community groups to strengthen partnerships and collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
