Senior Claims Professional

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Professional to join our team in Vijayawada. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end claims analysis, verification of policy/claims documents, and setup and payment processing.
- Conduct thorough claims investigations and analyses
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of policy/claims documents
- Manage claims payments and settlements
- Submit and track claims through various systems
- Communicate effectively with claim parties
- Develop and maintain claims reports and communication
- Maintain accurate records of activities
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to SLAs
- Understand the upstream and downstream processes of claims and their interdependencies
- Develop analytical and reporting skills on Excel
- Work collaboratively as a team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from a reputable institution
- A strong understanding of Property and Casualty insurance principles
- At least 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market Claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an office environment and rotate roles as needed
Preferred Skills
P&C insurance expertise and Lloyd's market experience are highly desirable.
