Interior Design Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead our interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Sources materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
