Junior RPA Developer Role:

As a Junior RPA Developer at TaskUs, you will work closely with our Business analysts and Operations teams to build, deploy, and maintain projects that streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will use industry-standard technologies and platforms to design, develop, and configure automation bots that meet Operations needs and are in-line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Automation process solutions according to standard Automation design principles and conventions.
  • Code and script in any of the automation tools and resolve issues with the Automation.
  • Configure new Automation using core automation tools that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Communicate with Business analysts and clients on every progress.
  • Build and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase.
  • Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in programming, including scripting or coding, SQL, and relational databases, and application development.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in RPA Development using Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath, or BluePrism.
  • Solid experience in designing, developing, and configuring automation bots that meet Operations needs and are in-line with client requirements.
  • Proficient in ensuring the adherence of Design Automation solution by managing standard design, principles, and conventions.
  • Ability to develop Bots / Automation job code / scripts that are well-structured.
  • Expertise in UAT testing, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of scripts.
  • Ability to start ASAP or at least within 30 days.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Prior Experience to Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Experience in python scripting and ability to reverse engineer existing scripts to understand the process flow.
  • Understanding of APIs and their use in automating processes using scripting languages.
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Ambitious individuals who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course. Master's degree is preferred but not required.
