Job Title: Technical Application Lead

The role of the Technical Application Lead is to oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of junior application developers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Define and implement the technical architecture for application solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in custom application implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field of study.
  • Completed at least 3 end-to-end application implementation projects or possesses extensive knowledge and experience in modern application development scripts (JSON, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, XSLT).

Desirable Skills:

  • Active certification in application extend technology.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with various integration technologies.
