Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and success of a team of financial advisors. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding your team members to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Advisors
  • Train and guide them to meet sales targets and product knowledge requirements
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance understanding and improve performance
  • Develop and refine agent prospecting, calling, and work habits
  • Collaborate with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals
  • Generate business through recruited Financial Advisors
