Senior Producer Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our global production company. This role will involve overseeing the production process, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all aspects of the project are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing shoot production and post-production in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating with clients, creative teams, and production staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that meet multiple client stakeholders' requirements
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to understand project requirements, challenges, and vision

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years' experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative, Events or Production Agency
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
