This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Vulnerability Expert.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to contribute to our security vulnerability detection database. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting vulnerability data from multiple sources to update our existing product. This involves actively investigating the latest in security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, and providing valuable insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques. You will also be proficient in programming languages such as Python, Perl, or Golang, and have knowledge of platforms like Windows system concepts. Additionally, you should have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting, analyzing, and integrating vulnerability data from multiple sources
  • Understanding of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques
  • Actively investigating the latest in security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, and providing insights
  • Troubleshooting security vulnerability issues/gaps that arise
  • Vulnerability data discovery and validation
  • Developing, testing, and modifying custom scripts for vulnerability content
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Perl, or Golang
  • Knowledge of platforms like Windows system concepts
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
