Job Title: Senior Intellectual Property Manager

The Senior Intellectual Property Manager will lead a team of 5-8 IP professionals and report directly to the Head of Intellectual Property.

This role involves working on various intellectual property matters, including patent filing and prosecution, patent litigation, licensing and due diligence, trademark clearance, and registration in APAC, EU, and US regions.

The incumbent will develop and manage the company's growing IP portfolio, enforce IP processes for optimal protection, and collaborate with research, development, and portfolio teams to devise effective product development strategies.

Responsibilities include drafting patents, freedom to operate reports, infringement analysis, and risk mitigation strategies, as well as managing patent, trademark, copyright, and related issues.

Requirements:

• A PhD or postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences">
• A minimum of 13 years of experience in a reputable global pharmaceutical company, handling a team and possessing expertise in product IP clearances, patent drafting, and prosecution">
• Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)">
