Our organization is seeking a seasoned Automation Developer to spearhead process improvement initiatives. This pivotal role demands expertise in designing, developing, and testing automated software solutions using RPA tools and programming languages.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop automated software solutions using RPA tools such as Power Automate, focusing on streamlining business processes and increasing efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Leverage Power Automate to understand business processes and requirements, then streamline and automate these processes for enhanced productivity.
- Integrate Power Automate workflows with various systems, applications, and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Develop custom connectors and actions in Power Automate to extend functionality and integrate with third-party APIs or systems.
- Familiarity with Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power BI, is advantageous.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools, Microsoft Power Automate, ITSM tools, and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Shell Scripting and PowerShell.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
