Job Title: Oracle Identity Management Technical Lead

Job Description:

You will be part of a high-performance EAS Functional Apps IT team responsible for Enterprise and business productivity applications used by Agilent functions. As an IT lead for IDM, you’ll oversee the overall design, development, and implementation of IDM solutions, adhering to Agilents change management, compliance controls, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands on technology experience in Oracle IDM Applications (OIM, OAM, OUD, OHS, BI Publisher). Oracle 12C suite of applications including weblogic. Good SQL & Unix skills. Experience working with outsourced delivery organizations. Strong understanding of IT Application Management principles & architecture.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects and leading technical teams including vendor management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
