Senior UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to drive design vision, build scalable design systems, and deliver user-centered digital experiences.

This role will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams while mentoring designers to create impactful solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Evaluate all designs for accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
