Key Responsibilities
Spearhead business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities through direct sourcing and market channels.
Acquire and cultivate customer relationships, develop proposals for disbursement to drive revenue growth.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate revenue-generating opportunities and cater to businesses with varying turnovers in emerging, mid-corporate, and large corporate segments.
Effectively manage customer relationships, address service and sales queries to engage and retain customers.
Identify new market segments and establish trade verticals for prospective business opportunities, recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income.
Target emerging corporate profile customers and cross-sell retail products.
