Job Description

We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to design, implement and optimize customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform.

  • Configure and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics including connection with AEP.
  • Define schemas, data views and calculated metrics in CJA to support business reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and customer journeys.
  • Data Management & Integration
  • Work with AEP datasets, data ingestion pipelines and identity resolution to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to align on extract, transform and load processes and ensure correct dataset mapping into CJA.
  • Ensure governance, tagging standards and data quality compliance.
  • Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior across channels to identify patterns, trends and opportunities.
  • Build and automate customer journey reports that highlight conversion paths, drop-off points and multi-touch attribution.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform marketing, product and customer experience strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, data integration and customer journey mapping, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is required, along with experience on Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
