Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Service Desk Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of service desk technicians and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of service desk technicians, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and communicating regularly on progress and outcomes
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in IT service management, preferably with experience in ITIL processes
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
