Job Title

Head of Human Resources.

Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha.

We are looking for a highly skilled leader to oversee our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and driving performance management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in HR/IR or Personnel Management, with significant experience in manufacturing/plant HR. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive change and manage crises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure statutory compliance and implement effective grievance redressal procedures.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Partner with functional heads to drive effective recruitment and talent development.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and capability-building programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Supervise security services and CSR activities at the plant.

Required Skills:

  • Postgraduate in HR/IR or Personnel Management.
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory act provisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability.
