Job Title: Performance Engineering Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with expertise in tools such as LoadRunner and APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and other relevant tools.
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and optimize system performance.
  • Monitor production performance statistics and apply the same model in test environments to uncover performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with LoadRunner and APM tools.
  • Good understanding of Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol.
  • Ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.
  • Proficiency in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
  • Experience with monitoring DB and highlighting performance issues.
  • Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.
