Job Overview

As a key member of the airport ground staff, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences for travelers.

Key duties include greeting and verifying passengers, assigning seats, issuing boarding passes, handling baggage, and assisting with special needs or fear of flying.

You will also be responsible for processing passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring they have the correct documentation. Additionally, you will receive bookings, make reservations in the GDS system, and pass bookings to consolidators for ticket issuance.

Once bookings are confirmed and tickets are issued, you will perform billing in accounting software and send bills to clients. Your role will require end-to-end service provision to clients, including handling reservations, ticketing, and complaints.

Effective communication with clients over telephone, email, and WhatsApp is essential. You must also prioritize passenger safety and security on flights. A positive hospitality attitude when serving meals on board is crucial, as is maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
