Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging expertise in machine learning and natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end projects, encompassing business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze complex findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop strategic recommendations, aligning with business objectives and measuring ROI.
  • Support pre-sales activities, fostering collaboration and driving growth.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with theoretical foundations of machine learning concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML), particularly Generative AI (LLM/LMM) focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Business acumen, including requirements gathering, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of leading DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries: NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini).

Nice to Have:

  • Distributed environment and big data experience would be advantageous.
  • Commercial success through multiple projects in Generative AI, NLP, or CV would be highly valued.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent programming skills and object-oriented programming familiarity.
  • Azure cloud resources, Databricks expertise.
