Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and experienced IT Audit Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has expertise in SSAE 21 (SOC Reporting) and AICPA standards.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants and report to the Manager, Executive Director, and/or CEO. The key responsibilities of this role include participating in planning activities to identify client needs and service opportunities, owning growth and service delivery of engagements, working with clients to execute engagements, designing and executing high-quality audit procedures, assisting in building audit methodology, creating and implementing audit strategies related to evaluation of significant applications, preparing and communicating issues, risk, and recommendations to client leadership, identifying potential clients, and generating leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership skills to lead engagement teams and ensure quality workpapers and deliverables.
  • Detailed understanding of standards, regulations, and information systems.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated confidentiality and integrity within a professional environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of related work experience or graduate degree and approximately one to two years of related work experience.
  • Experience working as an auditor or risk advisor for a CA firm, professional services firm, or financial services company, or comparable experience as an advisor to a financial services company.
  • Experience with at least two types of engagements: Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting, internal audit risk assessment, financial statement audits/SOX/internal controls, PCI and/or HITRUST Assessments, and/or Application security and control reviews.
