We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Manufacturing Excellence. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate with key stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence to foster a culture of continuous improvement that supports ongoing manufacturing transformation and promotes the adoption of WCM practices.
  • To identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within business processes, implementing more efficient ways of working that result in better value and greater efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • To implement the standard world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Work closely with other team members and business services departments to design new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
  • To monitor project risks and proactively identify potential problems, offering solutions to address them in advance.
  • Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Establish a program, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of improvements and identify areas for further development.
  • Continuously improve efficiency KPIs in the manufacturing sites, achieving operational excellence and sustained growth.
  • Implement lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence, driving long-term success.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, solutions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support Operations in the design, development, and implementation of policy deployment within the business, cascading KPIs and KRAs at all business levels.
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department, ensuring proactive mitigation and prevention.
  • Ensure relevant ongoing learning and development of all employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Catch and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities, encouraging a spirit of innovation.
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members, leveraging diverse perspectives and skills to drive collective success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
