Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished operations leader to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and delight.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in people management, excellent communication skills, and experience in similar industries. A structured thought process, analytical ability, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage internal stakeholders including finance, vendor teams, and installer teams to ensure timely support.
  • Owning the customer experience from project booking to handover is crucial in ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for regional issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate faster issue resolution.
  • Empower existing team members, hire top talent, and adhere to defined processes and SOPs.
  • Ensure customer move-in timeline adherence, CSAT score improvement, and quicker resolution of escalations.
Requirements:
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills necessary.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment essential.
