Job Title: Digital Process Automation Specialist

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and deploy mobile-friendly applications for process automation and data management.

This role involves close collaboration with operations and leadership teams to convert business requirements into user-friendly apps integrated with Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy process automation apps using no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, including REST APIs and webhooks as needed.
  • Create automation rules, dashboards, and user-friendly forms with role-based access.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate quickly.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing process automation apps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Google AppSheet and Google Apps Script.
  • Knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and webhooks for third-party integrations.
  • Good problem-solving and UI/UX design sense.
