Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Urban Designer to lead our team in the Gujarat region. As a key member of our design practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality urban design projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building designs, stakeholder consultation, project deliverables, quality assurance and control, coordination with other disciplines/consultants, and project management. You will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of architects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare tender documents, drawings, and construction drawings
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Travel to project locations for meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in building architecture, landscape design, urban design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in architectural/urban design and project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
Benefits

This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance and professional development opportunities.
