MR Visionary

• Develop innovative prototypes for MR visualization, leveraging custom shaders and procedural content creation techniques.
• Write efficient GLSL and HLSL shaders for real-time rendering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Design and implement automated workflows in Blender, Maya, Houdini, and similar DCCs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
• Drive the development of novel 2D/3D rendering concepts, applying a deep understanding of lighting, materials, and post-effects.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to design and deliver immersive MR experiences that exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist, Shader Artist, or Visual R&D Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical prowess.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, MEL, VEX, and HScript, with a solid grasp of real-time and offline rendering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging custom shaders, with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
• A creative technologist mindset, driving collaboration across disciplines and fostering a culture of experimentation and risk-taking.
• Deep interest in Mixed Reality, spatial design, or immersive visuals, with a desire to explore new frontiers and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with MR frameworks (ARKit, ARCore, WebXR) and procedurally generated content creation techniques.
• Familiarity with creative AI workflows, including generative visuals and neural rendering.
• A public portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating expertise in MR visualization and related technologies.
