We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership.
- About the Role:
- The Software Development Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, crafting efficient code, participating in project planning and estimation efforts, gathering requirements, and executing complex activities within established methodology and quality standards.
- The role requires autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment, as well as the ability to drive project delivery within defined architecture.
- The successful candidate will have expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles, abstraction, encapsulation, and proficiency in the English language.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in C, C++.
- 5 years of experience in Linux.
- 3 years of experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, ArchiMate.
- Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
- Practice and initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
- Familiarity with OWASP.
