Product Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for demonstrating our products to customers, conducting on-site build installations and configurations, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.
You will assist in project kickoff and planning, execute user acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and installation qualification protocols, train end-users on our products, install production builds, create database maintenance plans, and provide onsite support.
In addition, you will reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore locations, patch update and maintain systems, install training, UAT, and production builds, execute operational qualification and support customers with performance qualification execution, configure interfaces and execute test scripts, assist in internal product validation, and execute validation scripts.
You will also document issues and deviations during on-site validation, review validation outputs with customers, and prepare summary reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with an instrumentation background.
- Patience and ability to listen and understand customer queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to team members.
- Flexibility to travel for implementation purposes.
- Domain knowledge of QAMS, DMS, or LIMS is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and oral skills are required.
- Ability to lead projects and teams.
- Capacity to assist customers throughout project execution.
