  • Experience in B2B sales environments to understand client needs and provide customized solutions that drive business success.
  • Proficiency in security systems to ensure the integration of relevant technology solutions in our HR services.
  • Expertise in CCTV initiatives to secure organizational infrastructure and information.
  • Proven track record in direct sales to generate new business and enhance client engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in the Nordic region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and successful long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions that meet client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term value creation.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
