We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Nordic region, based in India, to drive business growth and forge strong client relationships.
This mid-level, full-time position requires a proven business acumen to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and effectively manage risks in the business environment.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Expertise in closed-circuit television (CCTV) solutions to align with our focus on innovative, technology-driven strategies.

- Account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve strategic business goals through tailored client solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales environments to understand client needs and provide customized solutions that drive business success.

- Expertise in CCTV initiatives to secure organizational infrastructure and information.
- Proven track record in direct sales to generate new business and enhance client engagement effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in the Nordic region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and successful long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions that meet client-specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and close business deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term value creation.
