Electrical Engineering Leadership Opportunity


As a seasoned electrical engineer, you have the unique chance to spearhead complex projects and lead high-performing teams in our cutting-edge power plant engineering design division. Your expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams, interpreting complex problems, and implementing innovative solutions will be instrumental in driving project success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of engineers and designers to execute EPC type power plant projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution, adhering to international codes and standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers on advanced technical topics related to electrical power plant engineering design, fostering their growth and development.
  • Develop and implement new processes, equipment, and technological methods to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Possess at least 11-15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in executing mid-to-large size Electrical Detail Design/EPC projects for industrial, petrochemical, or power plant type projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adhere to ANSI/NEMA, NFPA, NERC, IEEE, CSA, and other international codes and standards.
