Experienced UI/UX Designer Wanted

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to lead the creation of innovative and user-centric designs across various platforms and devices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-fidelity, visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility.
  • Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to achieve best practices in design principles and methodologies.
  • Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

  • Implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
