At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Entra ID System Administrator to join our team.

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.

About the Role:

This is a critical position responsible for administering and integrating Entra ID environments with target applications for provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, and JMLR processes.

You will work closely with clients IT teams and other stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement, and manage identity and access controls, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing initiatives related to identity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including user accounts, groups, roles, and policies.
  • Implement and maintain identity lifecycle, JMLR processes, governance processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Configure and support integrations with other on-premise applications, cloud services, applications, and on-premises systems.
  • Plan and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) to enable access across applications and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements related to identity and access management.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity and access management, including login issues, authentication problems, and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects involving identity management and security.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on Entra ID configurations, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) features, including user and group management, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience with identity federation, provisioning/deprovisioning, SSO (Single Sign-On), and identity synchronization.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Entra ID (Azure AD) management.
  • Experience with related tools and technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and third-party identity management solutions.
