Oracle HRMS/Payroll/OTL Functional Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle specialist to lead the implementation and support of our HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and OTL, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting these modules. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Functional Consulting
  • Strong expertise in HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas for HR, Payroll, and OTL
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
