Software Engineering Lead

Our company is looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the development of large-scale software systems.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in software engineering to lead the development of our next-generation software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead software development teams
  • Develop and implement software engineering strategies
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:Must-Have:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java
  • Strong understanding of JVM internals
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments
  • Proficiency with Go (Golang)
  • Proven track record in profiling, tuning, and optimizing large-scale backend systems
  • Familiarity with JVM monitoring and performance tuning tools
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Background in SRE or infrastructure engineering
