About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in influencer partnerships to join our dynamic team.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various channels.

  • Identify and partner with relevant influencers and content creators to showcase our products and services.
  • Conceptualize and implement targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and track performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty and skincare space.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and growing influencer networks.
