Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Manager to oversee the daily operations of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The Team Lead will evaluate team performance, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning to drive project success. They will also coordinate with various departments and ensure effective communication among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:

  • Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Database knowledge (SQL basics)
Soft Skills:
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
