Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Analysis and Design Associate, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders, including commercial and product teams. This involves prioritizing projects to ensure alignment with the product roadmap, driving innovations and efficiency through data analysis, and creating solutions to streamline processes.

Additional duties include defining project scope, obtaining development estimates, and working with project managers to create overall project plans. You will also collaborate with software development teams to transform business requests into technical requirements, participate in daily stand-ups, resolve design obstacles, and make informed decisions.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing acceptance criteria for application testing, ensuring thorough quality control, identifying risks, developing contingency plans, and resolving complex design problems. You will also develop clear action plans, monitor results, and follow through until completion.

Another crucial aspect of this role is reviewing test cases, conducting demos, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT). Additionally, you will address client issues, escalate queries, and brainstorm innovative solutions to improve system usability, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

This position requires utilizing Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to analyze and present data effectively. Proficiency in these tools is essential for success in this role.
