Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our CRM infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for user and role administration, system performance monitoring, patch management, and overall environment stability.

This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer users, roles, and responsibilities, including security settings and access controls.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of servers and components to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Plan and execute the implementation of patches, updates, and version upgrades in coordination with development and QA teams.
  • Manage and maintain the Gateway, Enterprise, and Servers, ensuring proper configuration and uptime.
  • Perform regular system health checks, log analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to support environment needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture, including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, and Server components.
  • Experience with user and role management, security policies, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in performance tuning, log analysis, and system monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on experience with patching, upgrades, and environment migrations.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IP versions and Open UI.
  • Knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Certification in Administration is a plus.
