Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital communications specialist to join our team. As a digital communications specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a multi-channel online presence with a 90-day content roadmap, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube/Shorts, Facebook, and Threads, as well as WhatsApp/Telegram community.
  • Develop high-impact content, write concise copy, design on-brand graphics, carousels, infographics, and ad variations using Figma/Canva.
  • Publish content regularly, maintain a disciplined posting cadence, engage actively with comments, DMs, reposts, partner tags, and relevant communities/hashtags.
  • Track reach, engagement, saves/shares, follower growth, profile visits, link clicks, watch time, and traffic to key pages, run experiments, and report insights weekly.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital communications with a portfolio/links to brand handles managed.
  • Strong writing samples + before/after metrics or case studies.
  • Proven ownership of brand social handles with measurable organic growth.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
  • Graphic design skills (Figma/Canva): layout, hierarchy, typography.
  • Video editing proficiency for short-form content (Reels/Shorts): cuts, subtitles, transitions, basic motion.
  • Platform-native know-how: LinkedIn for B2B, Instagram for visual storytelling, YouTube for long/short form, X for POVs and real-time.
  • Comfort with analytics and experimentation; working knowledge of UTMs.
