Key Role in Quality Assurance: We are seeking a seasoned chemist to join our team in ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products. Your expertise will play a vital role in conducting quality checks on incoming raw materials and evaluating sand parameters.

As part of this critical role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality checks on incoming raw materials
  • Inspecting and approving/rejecting CRC scrap based on chemical and physical parameters
  • Performing regular testing of Green Sand, No Bake Sand, and Neno Sand
  • Evaluating sand parameters including AFS grain fineness and SiO₂ %
  • Analyzing ductile iron parameters including %C (Carbon) and %Si (Silicon)
  • Conducting Brinell/Rockwell hardness tests as part of quality control
  • Supporting metallurgical and microstructure evaluation where required
  • Maintaining documentation and test reports

Qualifications include a Diploma/B.Sc in Metallurgy or a related field, along with hands-on experience with spectrometers and mechanical testing tools.
