HR Data Analyst

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes and improve HR functions.

  • Role Responsibilities:
    • Collect, clean and maintain HR data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop and manage HR databases and data systems to streamline data collection processes.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights related to recruitment, employee performance, turnover, compensation and other HR metrics.
    • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to forecast HR trends and support strategic planning.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics to support business objectives.
    • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and provide data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to implement process improvements and track their impact.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding HR data.
    • Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain high data quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis preferably within HR or a shared services environment.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and HR data analytics.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling and analysis.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
