The Donor Processing Coordinator plays a multifaceted role encompassing donor processing, quality control, communication, and office tasks.

Delivering exceptional customer service to members/donors via various communication channels, including email and phone. Investigating and responding to Lions' inquiries, complaints, concerns, and issues related to club, district, or multiple district administration and compliance requirements in a timely manner.

Collaborating with LCIF headquarters, ISAME, Accounting, Operations teams on donor entry, quality control queues, and recognition processing. Supporting the promotion and development of LCIF initiatives through diverse communication methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing donation information via data entry, compiling donation-related documentation, and ensuring proper indexing and linking with donation payment data. Conducting quality assurance on all India donation data entry and maintaining data integrity.
  • Resolving donor processing product or service issues by clarifying the member/donor's issue, determining the cause, and selecting/relaying the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicating effectively with Lion members, leaders, and headquarters staff/departments, and vendors to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Maintaining accurate monitoring reports (MIS) and submitting them in a timely manner, including vendor MIS.
  • May engage in research and analysis of NGO or charitable organizations to maintain current awareness of industry best practices.
  • Maintaining adherence to appropriate legal, financial compliance, and audit requirements. Executing service requests for ad hoc reports as directed.
  • Data Management Skills:
    • Handling and organizing large datasets across multiple rows and columns efficiently.
    • Creating and manipulating Pivot Tables, applying consistent formatting, using rules for conditional formatting, basic data analysis to perform calculations, filter data, identifying and computing percentages for comparisons and other metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, social services, etc.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (office 365, account receivables administration, grants, etc.).
  • Able to learn new processes and rapidly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in multiple databases with comprehension and accuracy.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, attention to detail.
