**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented designer to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions. You will also create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

Additionally, you will develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features and establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. You will mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
