This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional club experiences. As Club Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events, workshops, and client visits, as well as developing an annual activity calendar and tracking progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee the execution of club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits
- Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress
- Act as the point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members
- Minutes of meeting, follow-ups on points agreed and execution of the same
- Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of team
- Ensure all staff consistently comply with the uniform policy by always wearing the designated attire while on duty
- Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all Club level employees
- Assist in managing club resources, sponsorships, and budget allocation for events
- Coordinate with management for any necessary approvals or procurement
- Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all members
- Promptly and professionally address concerns, complaints, or suggestions, turning potential issues into opportunities to strengthen member relationships and improve club services
- Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff to ensure every member's interaction reflects the club's values and commitment to excellence
- Ensure the fitness club operates in full compliance with local health regulations, including sanitation standards, emergency protocols, and staff certification
- Implements and monitors safety procedures across all areas—workout zones, locker rooms, and group class studios—to minimize risk and protect members and staff
- Oversee maintenance needs and coordinates with staff training in CPR/First Aid, and ensure readiness for any emergency situation, fostering a secure and professional environment at all times
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events that cater to diverse member interests and goals
- Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design and implement innovative offerings that enhance the member experience, boost participation, and support overall club engagement
- Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming, ensuring events remain fresh, impactful, and aligned with the club's vision and member expectations
- Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting
- Provide regular updates to the club president, coordinator of the property, managing committee, and management of Ileseum Clubs
